Mountain Terms and Conditions |

- All prices in New Zealand dollars, valid at time of printing but subject to change without notice. Rates include GST.
- All tickets are non transferable and may not be resold.
- Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes
- Ticket is only valid for date specified during season of issue.
- Tickets must be attached with the authorized attachment loop only.
- No claim will be allowed for torn, lost tickets and broken loops, without a valid bar coded ticket receipt being presented.
- The management of Treble Cone reserves the right to close any lift, run, or area for safety reasons
- All mountain users must obey all closed areas and avalanche warning signs
- Tickets may be revoked without refund for any breach of safe skiing/boarding conduct at Treble Cone.
- Student day passes are available to New Zealand and Australia Tertiary Institution Students Only. Current photo ID issued from the place of study must be shown. ISIC cards are not accepted.
- Youth are defined as aged 6-17 years or still attending secondary school.
- Senior are defined as aged 65-69 years inclusive
- Family comprises 2 parents & 2 children (immediate family only, children must be attending school). Extra child on family day pass $20 per child.
- Seniors aged 70 years or over are entitled to free skiing at Treble Cone
- Children aged 5 or under are entitled to free skiing at Treble Cone
- Treble Cone reserves the right to request proof of age or eligibility at any time
- Treble Cone accepts cash (NZ dollars only), Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
- Cheques are not accepted on the mountain.
- Treble Cone operates the following refund policy:
Treble Cone ski area operates in a mountain environment where conditions are subject to rapid change. Lift passes are not refundable due to weather, or other operating contingencies affecting any lift or facility. Subject to the requirements of the consumer Guarantees Act all refunds are made at the discretion of the Treble Cone management.
Snowsport Terms and Conditions
- All of the Adult Lessons, except First Timer Programmes are shortened if minimum numbers are not met. Minimum number of 2 people per group.
- Children Programmes are not shortened if numbers are not met, but if children grow tired they may be placed in the childcare centre until the end of the lesson.
- Maximum of five in a children’s First timer lesson and eight in an Adults First timer lesson
- Maximum group numbers for adult and children's lessons, except Private Lessons, are 8 people per instructor.
- Purchase of Multi packs of lessons are not transferable and are to be used by the same guest throughout the season.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation policy is in place for all online bookings. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Full Refund - when cancellation is made up to one month prior to the start date
- 50% Refund - when cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to the start date
- 25% refund - when cancellation is made up to 5 days prior to the start date
- No refund - when cancellation is made within 5 days of the start date
