Private Coaching is for people who would like their own personal trainer for a lesson ranging from beginner to advanced.

Private coaching sessions range from one hour to a full day (5hours). Inquire about the special early bird offer, Book for 9.00am and  get 1.5hrs for the price of 1 hr. Additional people (max 3) can join the lesson at an additional cost.

Lots of 4 or more Private Coaching sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate. Multi individual coaching sessions are not transferable and are to be used by the same guest throughout the season.
