All of the Adult Lessons, except First Timer Programmes are shortened if minimum numbers are not met. Minimum number of 2 people per group.

| Maximum group numbers for adult and children's lessons, except Private Coaching sessions, are 8 people per instructor. |
| Children Programmes are not shortened if numbers are not met, but if children grow tired they may be placed in the childcare centre until the end of the lesson. |
