| Individual Sessions are for people who would like their own personal trainer for a lesson ranging from beginner to advanced. Individual coaching sessions range from one hour to a full day (5hours). Inquire about the discounted rates for early mornings and late afternoons. Additional people, up to 3, can join the lesson at an additional cost. Lots of 4 or more individual coaching sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate. Multi individual coaching sessions are not transferable and are to be used by the same guest throughout the season. |
