All online bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the lesson start date.

Snowboard Programmes are only available to children over the age of 6 years..

Please go to the Snow Sports Sales Office on the mountain to collect your
Online Booking Package on the morning of your programme.

Your lift passes, lesson forms and rental paperwork will all be included in your Package.

If applicable please arrive on the mountain with enough time to be fitted with your rental equipment.

Please arrive at the Lesson meeting point 10 minutes prior to lesson start time, the meeting point is directly in front of the Snow Sports Sales Office.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations can be made by phoning +64 3443 7443 (please leave a message if calling after office hours) or emailing snowsports@treblecone.com.

Cancellation fes will be charged according to the following schedule:
Cancellations received 48 hours prior to the lesson date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 24 hours prior to the start date will be charged 25% of the programme fee.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the start date will be charged 50% of the programme fee.
