Here at Treble Cone we’re lucky to have a Head Chef who has one hard and fast rule: Richard Bullock insists on producing fresh, simple and tasty food of the highest quality. Wherever possible, Richard and his team produce all products on site – from our delicious cakes and slices, to our scrumptious sourdough bread, salad dressings and relishes.
Before joining the Treble Cone team, Wellington man Richard owned and operated four businesses with his wife Tracey; and was a regular feature in the Sydney Morning Herald’s “Good Food Guide”.
