| Media Information Policy |

Treble Cone welcome members of the press and media to the ski area. We will provide complimentary
passes and host media on assignment where possible.
To help us provide you with the best service possible, we have established the following guidelines: |

Notify the Treble Cone marketing department 48 hours prior to arrival. Tell us the purpose of your visit, indicate your media affiliation and the estimated time and date of your arrival. Contact Anna Thomas on (03) 443 7443. |

Supply a letter on company letterhead for yourself and any applicable personnel from your editor, publisher, news director or producer and copy of the publication. |
| |
|
|
Complimentary single day lift tickets will be issued only to those writers, editors, on-air persons or photographers directly responsible for airing/publishing Treble Cone press releases and snow reports. |
| |
|
|
After your visit, we ask that you please send copies of the resulting article or broadcast tapes for our files. |
